Halloween Garland

October has arrived and the Halloween decorations are up.  My coworker decorated this morning and the office feels more festive already.

Large plastic decorations are hung in front of the reception desks.  The upper filing cabinets are decorated with cutouts from a coworker’s daughter.

That’s sweet Liz behind the counter.  She’s camera shy. =)

A candy bowl sits at the entrance for visitors.  We definitely need more candy!

A witch’s broom hangs on an office door.

Paper garlands drape the doorways.

  • Using colored paper, trace and cut out shapes of pumpkins, bats, and ghosts.
  • Punch two holes in each cutout.
  • Weave a piece of string or ribbon through each hole.  Use as many cutouts as you need to get your desired length.
  • Hang on doorways and walls using pushpins or tape.
