Ahhhh, the grande finale! My fourth cake decorating course was the big one. A two-tiered cake with roses?? That’s going to be a challenge! I started on all the prep work and boy, did that take a long time.
Thirty roses later, it was finally time to put it all together.
TIP: Insert the roses at different angles to give the appearance of flowing flowers. You don’t want to insert all of them straight down into the cake.
