Every year, I order Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough to support the local school fundraiser and this year I chose oatmeal cranberry…yum! Since I baked a small batch for the office yesterday, I thought I’d share a quick tip for those of you who like perfectly round, thick, and soft cookies.
Instead of placing the cookie dough on a flat cookie sheet, place them in a cupcake tin.

The result is a perfectly round cookie…
…that’s thick and soft.
My boss calls them muffin cookies. =) Use less dough if you still want a perfectly round cookie, but not as thick.
